By accessing our website, enrolling in courses, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Islamic Foundation:
Our terms are guided by Islamic principles of fairness (Adl), fulfilling contracts (Wafa bil-Aqd), and mutual respect. We encourage all students to approach their learning with sincerity (Ikhlas) and dedication.

Educational Programs
Marjaan Quran Academy provides online Islamic education services including:
- One-on-one Quran recitation and Tajweed classes with Hafiz Ahsan Ashfaq
- Quran memorization (Hifz) programs
- Norani Qaida foundation courses for beginners
- Islamic studies and character development
- Children's Quran education programs
- Adult beginner and advanced courses
Service Delivery
- Classes are conducted via video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet)
- Course materials are provided digitally through our library
- Progress tracking and assessments are conducted online
- Support is available via WhatsApp (+92 346 767 5713), email, and scheduled consultations
3. Student Responsibilities
Academic Conduct
- Attend scheduled classes punctually and prepared
- Complete assigned homework and practice regularly
- Treat Hafiz Ahsan Ashfaq and fellow students with respect and Islamic etiquette
- Maintain appropriate dress code during video classes
- Use course materials solely for personal learning purposes
Technical Requirements
- Maintain stable internet connection for classes
- Use appropriate devices (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
- Keep software and apps updated for optimal experience
- Provide accurate contact information for class coordination
4. Payment Terms
Tuition and Fees
- Course fees are clearly stated on our website and enrollment materials
- Payment is due before the start of each billing cycle (monthly or as agreed)
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers
- All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways
- Late payment may result in temporary suspension of classes
Free Trial Period
- New students receive three days of free classes to evaluate our services
- No payment information is required during the trial period
- Students may cancel at any time during the trial without obligation
- Trial classes are subject to teacher availability and scheduling
